Even their fans knew that sooner or later this was going to happen. Apparently, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are running out of money. There’s a new report that says the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s foundation, Archwell, can’t raise any money after the California Attorney General found that the charity is “deliquent.” Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

According to Page Six, Harry and Meghan’s Archwell foundation has been listed as delinquent by  the California AG, Rob Bonta.

That’s because the organizaiton has failed to submit its annual report and registration fees. And of course, a lot of people can’t help but raise their eyebrows over the matter.

The note from the AG even said, “An organization that is listed as delinquent is not in good standing and is prohibited from engaging in conduct for which registration is required, including soliciting or disbursing charitable funds. The organization may also be subject to penalties and its registration may be suspended or revoked by the Registry.”

Many of Harry and Meghan’s critics have commented on the matter with, “Filing is not a big deal. We have a nonprofit and don’t find it difficult. We have deadlines and meet them. We do it online–simple. Perhaps they don’t have responsible people handling their accounts.
