Don’t let it be said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not accomplishing things: they have just officially changed the name of their charity!
Gone is, “Sussex Royal The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” and in its place is, “MWX Foundation.”
For now.
The Duke and Duchess Of Sussex Agreed To Stop Using Their Sussex Royal
Harry and Meghan agreed to stop using their Sussex Royal brand after April 1 (a perfect day for them) as Megxit brought about the agreement that they will not use the word royal in their new branding.
New paperwork shows the formal name change to MWX Foundation as of August 5. Other than being a trend-chasing moniker, it is speculated that the initials stand for the Markle Windsor Foundation.
This comes after a hasty July move in which the fickle pair pulled a jaw-dropping U-turn within the space of fewer than 10 minutes, by withdrawing a notice to change the name of their charitable foundation.
Paperwork shows that the directors, who include Harry and Meghan, would be changing it to the MWX Foundation while it was being dissolved. Hey, maybe they think best when flailing around.
A Change of Name Notice was filed within hours of the details becoming public, but nine minutes later, the same document had been withdrawn. This of course does nothing to diminish the public image of them as double-talking, double-faced people who can’t make up their minds.
It’s also been revealed that Meghan and five other directors stepped down, leaving Harry as the sole director. Hmmmm.

The couple also established the MWX Trading Ltd. last August, naming their lawyer, Gerrard Tyrrell, as its secretary. They registered it at Companies House and have already used the business to apply for trademarks, which included the name Travalyst. Travalyst is the platform from which Harry shames the public into using pro-environmental travel means while he drives SUV’s and flies on private jets.
The couple said of the July transition, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not plan to start a ‘foundation’, but rather intend to develop a new way to effect change and complement the efforts made by so many excellent foundations globally. The creation of this non-profit entity will be in addition to their cause-driven work that they remain deeply committed to.”
So far they have shown up to a few photo ops in which they hand out goodies, does this count?
