British royal family news shows that self-important Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced to the world that they, “stand with the people of Ukraine.” And they condemn Vladimir Putin’s invasion.

The put these words on the website of their Archewell charity: “Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and all of us at Archewell stand with the people of Ukraine against this breach of international ad humanitarian law and encourage the global community and its leaders to do the same.”

He said that Putin “unleashed war” on the continent, “and the West must respond to ensure the eventual ‘failure’ of his offensive ‘diplomatically, politically, economically, and eventually, militarily.’”

According to the Daily Mail he added, “Our mission is clear. Diplomatically, politically, economically, and eventually, militarily, this hideous and barbaric venture of Vladimir Putin must end in failure.”

What that fancy PR spin really says is that Harry and Meghan are donating a $100,000 award to the NAACP Image Awards via their Archewell charity. More jaundiced minds might think that this is proof that they bought their way to an award of their own. Perish the thought.
