Now that their Chief of Staff, Josh Kettler, has quit on the job without giving any notice, this will force Harry and Meghan’s critics to give them even more of a side eye than they already have.

One source close to the situation suggested that Harry and Meghan’s life is going to get worse before it gets better. With no Chief of Staff, Harry and Meghan’s trip to Colombia might turn out to be a complete disaster. 

The insider put it this way, “Josh Kettler is the guy who’s meant to guide Prince Harry in particular through what was been described as the next phase of his life.”

“I have contacted their team in California and here in London and have been met with silence – but reports claim that he quit.”

The tipster also added, “He started just a week before Harry and Meghan went to Nigeria back in May, he also accompanied Prince Harry here in London for the Invictus Games 10th anniversary service at Saint Paul’s Cathedral. But it’s a huge distraction.”

Royal Family News – Harry And Meghan Need To Change The Way They Operate

Because Kettler was only on the job for a few short months, it will be even more difficult for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to find a suitable replacement for him.

That’s because no one is going to want to work with Harry and Meghan, let alone be in the same room as them.

Unless they change the way that they operate behind the scenes, their professional career might end up falling apart before they even know it.

That’s why even their friends are urging the Sussexes to slow their roll, so to speak. That, and be less demanding.
