Prince Harry Vows to Protect Archie and Lilibet After Crushing Security Defeat

It must have been an exhausting couple of days for Sussex fans. First, we start off with the “will they, won’t they” guessing games as to whether the Sussexes will be making their July UK trip with their children. And then we get a confirmation.

Next, we hear that Harry’s bid for taxpayer-funded police protection has been denied. And here we are, back at the “will they, won’t they” guessing games.

Seriously, for one trip, it sure comes with a number of dramatic highs and lows. And all the while the media and the internet world was spiraling over this, Harry and his family were reportedly enjoying an European holiday.

Prince Harry Considering “Options” To Try And Bring Family To the UK Safely

Prince Harry is still convinced that his life is more in danger in the UK than it is in any of his chosen travel locations.

For this reason, he has single-mindedly sought to regain the 24/7 police protection he lost when he stepped back as a working member of the Royal Family.

However, even though he’s happily confirmed that his children will be accompanying him for his upcoming UK trip, his security bid has once again been denied.

Of course, this is going to throw a kink in the works for Harry, who has solemnly sworn not to bring his children over to the UK if their safety cannot be guaranteed.

In light of this new security development, a source told Sky News that “[The duke] is looking at every option to try and get the family here safely and keep them safe when they’re on the ground.”

“If he can find a way to do that he will. The hope is they can meet their grandfather, but there is no way that can happen if they are chased by paparazzi wherever they go from the moment they step off the plane,” the insider said, adding, “He won’t put his children through that.”

Well, it looks like Harry may be making the trip solo after all. That is, if he plans to make good on the statement he made during his BBC appearance. “I can’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK at this point and the things they’re going to miss is, well, everything.”
