He has made the choice to, “allow the Princess Royal and the Earl of Wessex to deputise for him when he cannot fulfil official duties,” effectively eliminating Harry and Andrew from fulfilling this privilege.

Angela Levin told MailOnline: “Of course, it is a slight to Harry and Andrew – but there’s a good reason and it’s necessary … Harry and Meghan would be absolutely furious,” however.
