Prince Harry Remains ‘So Close’ To Two Princesses

The royal family rift seemingly caused Prince Harry and his relatives to divide. But two princesses remain friends with the Duke of Sussex.

As a result, they face challenges. However, a family insider told People that Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice do their best to stay “so close” to Harry.

And though Harry lives thousands of miles away, Eugenie and Beatrice remain “the best of friends and talk constantly.”

However, the Duke of Sussex’s rift with his father King Charles and brother Prince William has become “really stressful” for Beatrice and Eugenie, admitted the insider. And the source shared, “This whole drama between him and Meghan and the rift with the rest of the family has been really stressful for the girls.”

Because Beatrice and Eugenie “see both sides of it,” the two feel caught in the middle. But the source pointed out that the princesses “understand and live the royal machine.” And the insider also compared Harry and William.

William “knows what his end game is and where he’ll be,” pointed out the source. “And it’s being king one day. William’s life revolves around his role, and his family, of course. But there is a clear path for him and a future that is obviously very different from Harry’s.” As a result, the brothers have developed “different priorities and different perspectives.”

Prince Harry Bonds With Princess Beatrice And Eugenie

When the Duke of Sussex attended King Charles’ coronation, he walked into Westminster Abbey with the two princesses. And Harry smiled as he chatted with Beatrice, her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank. The Duke of Sussex sat between Jack and Princess Alexandra.

However, Harry and Eugenie enjoy a special bond. For instance, she went with him to the Super Bowl in California. And only Eugenie appeared in new footage during their Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan. As a result of that bond, royal experts Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand believe Harry and Eugenie enjoy “one of the most natural connections.”

And Meghan Markle once shared that she knew Princess Eugenie before she dated Harry. Even before the media knew about the now-married couple dating, Harry and Meghan enjoyed a Halloween party with Princess Eugenie and Jack.

“The four of us snuck out in Halloween costumes to just have one fun night on the town before it was out in the world that we were a couple,” recalled Markle.
