British royal family news shows that Prince William and Princess Kate, the Prince and Princess of Wales, have just delivered a poignant message on social media, despite Catherine being under a work embargo.

The couple are with their three kids during a school break but found time to send their sympathy to the family of a RAF pilot.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are enjoying the May half-term, and Prince William, and his heir attended the FA Cup Final on Saturday May 25. Their heartfelt message about the death of a RAF Pilot at RAF Coningsby on Saturday May 25 was shared on social media.

Their message read: “Incredibly sad to hear of the news this afternoon from RAF Coningsby. Our thoughts this evening are with the pilot’s loved ones, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the wider RAF family.” They concluded with “W & C” indicating that the message was sent directly by them.

William the Prince of Wales was Honorary Air Commodore at RAF Coningsby between 2008 and 2023. Last August he gave the important role to the Princess of Wales.

Royal Family News: – Tragic RAF News

The pilot perished after his World War Two-era Spitfire “crashed in a field close to an RAF station in Lincolnshire … The plane belonged to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight based at RAF Coningsby, and the RAF said a ‘comprehensive investigation’ would be completed”. At press time, the cause of the crash had not been made public.

This RAF statement was issued: “It is with great sadness that we must confirm the death of an RAF pilot in a tragic accident near RAF Coningsby today. The pilot’s family have been informed and we ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.”

Royal Family News: William and Catherine Are On Break With Their Children

William and Kate’s last personal message was delivered last month when they paid tribute to members of the public killed in a random stabbing attack in Sydney at a Westfield shopping center in Bondi Junction.

The horrific incident claimed the lives of six people and the suspect, a 40-year-old man, was shot dead by an officer at the scene.
