It seems like it really doesn’t matter what Prince William will say or do these days, his critics will have a reason to slam him one way or another.

There’s a new report that says the Prince of Wales is being criticized for being a stay-at-home dad who doesn’t really do much unless he absolutely has to. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Apparently, Prince William is being very choosy about which public appearances he makes and which royal engagements he chooses.

A lot of people are still pretty bitter over the fact that he didn’t attend the Women’s World Cup Final in Australia last month even though England was in the final.

Many people argued that if the men were in the final, the Prince of Wales would have hopped on the first plane to Sydney in a heartbeat. 

Yet, it seems like Prince William is trying to do some damage control. Along with his wife Kate Middleton, the two of them flew to France for the Rugby World Cup.

One royal observer even went as far as to call him a stay-at-home dad who only does things that are convenient for him.

While there’s no doubt that flying to France from the UK is significantly easier than flying to Australia, a lot of people still think that Prince William could have made the effort. But, alas, he didn’t.

If that weren’t enough, Prince William seems to also be annoying monarchists for taking holidays during the wrong times.

Of course, it’s going to look even worse, should Prince William decide to attend the Men’s World Cup Final, should England make it in the future. You can’t be the President of the Football Association and choose to support the men but not the women.

So far Prince William himself has not made any comments about the matter. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is more juicy royal drama to come.
