Is Prince William the target of an orchestrated hate campaign? That’s what some royal fans can’t help but wonder as the Prince of Wales’ name is being thrown out there are one of the two possible ‘royal racists’ that supposedly offended Prince Harry and Meghan Markle by asking about the color of their child’s skin.

While the names have not been confirmed, some reports say that they were printed in the Dutch version of Omid Scobie’s new book, Endgame, by accident. Here’s what you need to know.

Is Scobie trying to attack the future king of England by suggesting that he’s a totally different person behind closed palace doors?

That’s what some people think. While nothing has been denied or confirmed, some are suggesting that it was Prince William who was supposedly deeply ‘concerned’ about his future nephew or niece looking a little darker than the rest of the royal family.

Some royal fans and critics alike have taken to social media to weigh in on the matter.

Many comments have included, “I doubt anyone would have said it was a mistake or protect his name, in coverages. No they would have screamed it over and over again, because their target has always been William,” along with, “I am so glad William has had the sound mentorship and guidance of the Queen. Because she really gave him the tools to continue to shine as the Lion among the wolves.”

Royal Family News: Prince William Stands Silent 

Another royal fan wrote, “Completely agree! It really makes me angry. I stand with Prince William as well, and so do a lot of Americans and Australians and Canadians and lots of other countries. He will make a wonderful King. I feel bad for King Charles. It must be horrible to have such a son as Harry.”

So far the palace has not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful anything will be said.
