Clearly, we are talking about Queen Camilla as she is still infuriated over the fact that there are rumors out there that she only married King Charles because she was interested in his royal influence and wealth.

But anyone who has been paying attention to King Charles and Queen Camilla over the years will know that couldn’t be farther from the truth. That’s because Camilla insists that she truly did love Charles throughout the years, and even when he was still married to his ex-wife, Princess Diana.

Not only that, but Charles and Camilla’s love story has certainly been documented over the years. Even when she couldn’t be with him, Camilla has always supported him, through the good times and the bad.

That’s why the Queen of England is upset that anyone would even suggest that she only married him because she wanted an easy life behind closed palace doors when in reality, she went through so much pain, heartache and humiliation to be with him.

Newsweek even puts it this way, “Queen Camilla’s former aide rejected long-standing rumors that she married King Charles for influence or wealth. They stressed that her motivation was rooted in a decades-long love story, not the allure of royal titles.”

What’s Next For King Charles And Queen Camilla?

“The aide revealed that Camilla’s royal responsibilities have often come at the cost of her well-being. Beginning 2025 with pneumonia and chronic fatigue, she found herself too tired for her favorite pastime of reading. A palace source noted her resilience, describing her as ‘a stranger to self-pity,’ a trait attributed to her father’s wartime experiences.”

Now, whether the public’s perception of Queen Camilla will ever change, certainly remains to be seen.
