Royal Family: Christmas Tradition Threatened by Disruption?

Allegedly, there’s a major change to the royal family’s most public Christmas tradition. Officials from Sandringham plan on tightening security for the famous holiday walk. The decision to increase security around the event is a direct response to concerns raised about safety and public disruption.

Danger To The Royals

Neil Sean, a royal commentator with decades as a correspondent has a lot of sources. And this time, he claimed he had “exclusive information about the security situation.” On Saturday, he broke his news via his YouTube channel, Daily News Headlines.

Sean pointed out that that danger signals come from two major sources. On the one hand, from the anti-monarchy campaign. Apparently, they organized to protest the royal family in public demonstrations. Notably, it’s anticipated that these protests will go ahead.

Verbal Abuse

On the other hand, there’s very strong apprehension that the public might verbally abuse the family. After all, right now there are many controversies surrounding the family including Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, and royal housing costs.

Neil Sean also identified Sarah Ferguson and Meghan Markle for bringing disruptive news to the headlines. According to him, they created a “catastrophic year” through their actions. Besides that, he mentioned that they “made things really hard” for working royal members like Prince William and Princess Catherine.

Sean remembered a time that was especially hard for William. He reminded his followers about a reporter at a charity event, with a shouted question about racism which was able to catch William off guard. The Prince had to rebuff out of the blue, by saying, “we’re very much not a racist family.”

Cheerfulness Under  Threat

Right now, it seems that the cheerful mood of the walk seems threatened. Usually, during the royal family event, there’s a great opportunity for the public to watch the family closely interact with each other. But according to Sean, the family is now “very concerned about who they can meet, when they can meet, and what they should do.”

Next, the royal expert gave his opinion about this whole issue as being “a very unfortunate situation that has arisen.” He even went to the extent of saying that a few people have “ruined what should be just a very special time of year.”

In the end, he talked about the possibility of added security helping to fix the problem. After all, many people love the traditional walk.
