Prince Harry and Meghan Markle suggested that there were racial undertones within the royal family so much so that there were conversations over the “concerns” of how dark Archie’s skin would be while she was still pregnant in 2018. Both Harry and Meghan refused to name any names because they said that this would be most damaging to the royal family. Instead, they’ve left everyone with a never-ending guessing game of who might have made those comments, with a lot of people pointing their fingers at both Prince William and Prince Charles.

#2 Prince Harry Said The Tabloid Media Is Controlling The Royal Family

Prince Harry suggested there was an ‘invisible contract’ between the royals and the media during his interview with Oprah. “There is this invisible contract behind closed doors, behind the institution and U.K. tabloids,” Harry explained. “Well, to simplify it, it’s a case of if you, as a family member, are willing to wine, dine, and give full access to these reporters, then you will get better press. I think everybody needs to have some compassion in that situation. There is a level of control by fear that has existed for generations.”

But is this true? Not according to some royal critics. In fact, when rumors suggested that Prince William had an affair with Kate Middleton’s friend Rose Hanbury while Kate was pregnant in 2018, those reports were squashed and made to disappear in less than thirty seconds. Clearly, the tabloids don’t have a right to publish anything they want.

While no one knows what had actually happened and who was left in tears following Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton’s dust up before the royal wedding in 2018, apparently all the Duchess of Sussex wanted to do is show an example of how the royal family is quick to discredit false reports about them, but failed to do so for her. And while she only tried to use the crying story as an example, she also seemingly threw her sister-in-law under the bus in front of the entire world. This, of course, is not sitting well with the royals behind closed palace doors. But at the same time it does show that Prince William supposedly didn’t hold much regard for Harry and Meghan and that he only protected his own interests, at least according to his brother.
