And while Samantha did get to write her book unfortunately for her, she didn’t get the reception that she was hoping for.

In fact, it’s been so quiet about her book, Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister, that it’s considered a flop already even though it’s been only out for a few short weeks. With that said, here are four reasons why no Royal Family fans are picking up Samantha Markle’s tell-all book.

British Royal Family News: The Timing Is All Wrong

Samantha released her book on January 17th and only a few days before the inauguration of President Joe Biden. With everyone focused on what’s going on both in and outside of the White House, no one is really paying attention to any of the news coming out from Buckingham Palace or even Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for that matter. The timing of Samantha’s book is just all wrong and might be the biggest reason why everyone is ignoring it.

Meghan Markle Updates – Samantha Has Said Everything That Needs To Be Said

There aren’t any juicy tidbits or new information in this book. Samantha is basically telling us all the things that she’s already said in the past. Simply put, this book is just a compilation of everything Samantha has already said in her interviews and on Twitter. We get it. She thinks her half-sister is a pushy princess who won over their father, much to Samantha’s lifelong jealousy and dismay.

Tell-All Books Never Do Well

Has there ever been a tell-all book that has done well? Not even the royal biographies stay on the best-selling lists for too long. Seeing how Samantha Markle isn’t much on an expert on anything – and hasn’t even spent that much time with her half-sister in the past – is yet another reason why people are ignoring this book as much as they are ignoring her interviews.

There Might Be Less Interest In The Sussexes

If all of the above weren’t enough, there’s also the possibility that there is less interest in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Sure, they have both a Spotify and Netflix deal under their belts, but they haven’t really done anything scandalous or controversial for anyone to be paying that much attention to them lately. For Samantha, it must be a hard pill to swallow knowing that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are indeed two people who are simply trying to make the world a better place with one charity project at a time.
