Before the big event, speculation surrounded where the baptism would take place. Would the thirsty parents expect a bells and whistles UK royal ceremony in the UK? They have never met a photo op they didn’t like.

Lili’s older brother Archie was baptized at Windsor Castle but that was while the fam was still living in the country. And before they tossed his family like rag dolls. Many royal experts thought the pair would want a similar to-do for Lilibet who is named after Queen Elizabeth.

Tyler Perry spilled in the Netflix show that he was asked to be the baby’s godfather and went on to drop hints about the royals who may or may not have been involved.

The tea spilling occurs in the last of the six part megaseries when the actor/producer says Harry and Meghan asked him to be Lili’s godfather. He declared, “I take a minute to take that in, and I thought I’d be honored. I’d absolutely be honored.”

But he then had second thoughts: “I got off the phone, took it all in, then I called them back, I go ‘Ah hold on a second, does this mean we got to go over there and do all of that in the church with them and figure all that out, because I don’t want to do that. Maybe we can do a little private ceremony here and let that be that and if you have to do it there then it’s OK.’” Leaving royal watchers to wonder if the royals were involved at all?

Royal Family News – Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Left The UK

Videos and photos of Lilibet were shared in the series Harry is heard to say: “I think at the moment I see a lot of my wife in Archie and I see a lot of my mum in Lili. She’s very Spencer-like. She’s got the same blue eyes, sort of like a golden reddish hair.”
