British royal family news reveals that one day the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be known as the king and queen consort of the UK. Prince William and Kate Middleton are the couple currently known as the Cambridge’s and they are in line to rule Britain when the time comes for them to move up in the monarchy.

Royal Family News – Where Did Kate Middleton And Prince William Meet?
Kate and William met on the campus of St. Andrew’s University in Scotland. They were both undergrads and quickly became college sweethearts. They were at the school from 2001-2005 and in 2004 they were photographed together for the first time during a ski trip at the Swiss resort of Klosters.
Later Kate was at William’s April 2008 graduation ceremony from the Royal Air Force. In 2010 they announced their royal engagement.

In 2011 Prince William and Kate Middleton married at Westminster Abbey where Kate wore a gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen and the Cartier Halo tiara.
In 2013 Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed their first child and eldest son, Prince George. Prince George is in line to inherit the throne following in his father’s footsteps.
The Cambridge’s welcomed their second child, Princess Charlotte in 2015. Three years later their third child, Prince Louis, was born.

Royal Family News – Kate Middleton And Prince William Have Three Children
Fast forward to 2020 and the Cambridges were caught up in the COVID pandemic along with the rest of the world; it is said but not confirmed that William contracted the virus.
In 2021 William lost his grandfather, Prince Philip. Philip was 99 and died at Windsor Castle. Things had grown rocky between William and his brother Harry due to the latter’s abandonment of his royal role and subsequent trash talking of his family, including William and Kate.
For the first time since Harry’s 2020 departure from the UK, Kate and William were in public with Hollywood Harry, at Philip’s funeral.
Later in the year a much happier occasion was marked when Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary.
