Royal Family News: Is This Prince William’s Latest PR Stunt?
Prince William is trying to do something to stop homelessness in the UK, or at least keep the homeless off the streets. While launching his new initiative, Homewards, he said, “Through Homewards, I want to make this a reality and over the next five years, give people across the UK hope that homelessness can be prevented when we collaborate.”
And while some people think that this is commendable, others aren’t sure if William is doing this to help make the UK a better place or if he just wants attention from the press.

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike took to social media to weigh in on the matter. Some commented with, “A writer had an opinion piece mocking the idea that Willy is pretending to lead the charge against a systemic problem all on his own (basically that he is delusional).

Although most of the comments there are anti-monarchist, quite a few were praising him and their point is at least he cares,” along with, “Try again, Wills. This ain’t it. If this is one of your core causes for your lifetime, you’re off to a terrible start. You can right the ship, but that would require your pledging at least 50xs those funds, taking—nay—GIVING the lead to others, and, oh, stopping being racist. Good luck!”
Another critic wrote, “It’s competition with Harry who has already done meaning full and SUCCESSFUL work in Invictus Games. Of course Harry’s work with mental health (that I believe he will do great things with) because we all know that Head’s Together was Harry’s idea that he brought to fruition.”
