British royal family news reveals that there has been speculation about distance between Princess Kate and Princess Pinocchio. Everyone remembers the infamous Stocking-gate in which it was claimed (by Meghan) that Kate made her cry prior to her wedding to Prince Harry.

According to OK the royal author stated that the two women were “clearly not that close,” and that their correspondence was “frosty, but polite.”

She noted that “Kate is a well-mannered girl. She got brought up in a public school. She’s never going to dish the dirt. She’s never going to give what others want, no matter how often you pick the scab.”

And then there’s Meghan.

Before meeting Harry Meghan’s claim to fame was acting on a basic cable show, Suits. Before that she strutted around in heels and a LBD on a gameshow.

Dunlop added that Kate had “years in training” before joining the royal family, while Meghan and Harry’s relationship was rushed in comparison.

The expert noted that the two women are total opposites “like inverted versions of each other.” She went on to say that in terms of being royal “Kate’s values were deference, appropriate levels of self-possession within a system, don’t rock the boat, you make change through embracing the institution almost—the paradox, Meghan’s the other way around.”

Harry shed more light on the women’s relationship in his memoir Spare. According to the serial tattle tale, Kate felt the need to “compete” with Meghan. He said of a 2018 event: “I think it had Kate on edge, while putting her and everyone else on notice that she was now going to be compared to, and forced to compete with, Meg.”

Royal Family News – Kate Not A Boat Rocker

Neither woman has recently addressed their relationship although mouthy Meghan snitched in a 2021 Oprah Winfrey interview that Kate made her cry before her wedding, and later sent flowers to apologize.

Kate has never stooped to Meghan’s level and spilled private deets of how she feels about her BIL’s wife. But we can tell you this: Kate and Harry will be at King Charles’ Coronation on May 6 at Westminster Abbey, while Meghan sits at home alone.
