Royal Family News: Kate Middleton’s Body Language Around Meghan Shows She Was Terrified

British royal family news divulges that the royal Fab Four were reunited last month in the wake of Queen Elizabeth’s death on September 8. Her Majesty died at the age of 96 at her Balmoral castle and the sad event saw many of her family members come together.

In particular Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Prince Harry took a walk together to view floral tributes to the queen. All were dressed in somber black clothes and they appeared drawn as they greeted royal fans who came to pay their respects.

Royal watcher Neil Sean commented on the meetup to say that, “Kate seemed to deliberately keep her distance from Meghan.” CheatSheet reveals that Sean said the Princess looked to want to, “keep her distance from Meghan Markle,” and seemed “terrified.”

Royal fans will never forget the way in which Meghan verbally slapped down Kate during her and Harry’s now infamous Oprah Winfrey interview last year. Twice Meghan referred to Kate with a bullying name, and Meghan was the subject of an official palace bullying inquiry having to do with staff.

The meeting between the two couples took place Sept. 10 at Windsor Castle.

On his YouTube channel Sean noted that the joint appearance had fans interested in, “what was going on behind the scenes.”

“And when you think about it yourself and you look at the pictures, you do have to see that the body language really screams ‘keep away from me.’”

Sean went on to say that he was told by an excellent source that, “Catherine, our brand new Princess of Wales, was petrified. Not petrified in the physical sense, of course, but terrified in fact to say anything to her former close duchess pal Meghan.”

Why would the reticence come about on Kate’s part? Sean thinks it is because, “she simply has no trust.”

“Simply because she felt that whatever was said, discussed — even an informal chat — could have been leaked out.” That is exactly what has happened in the past, with Harry tattle talking on private convos with his family.

“Gayle King seemingly had a hotline to whatever was going on. [And] was able to speak, at length, to a media US team about, you know, the fact that things weren’t going particularly well. So you can understand Catherine’s reticence to get involved.”
