Royal Family News: Kate Middleton’s Sister Pippa Is Expecting Her Second Child

British royal family news reveals that Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge’s sister Pippa Middleton is expecting her second child with her husband James Matthews. The news comes on the heels that Queen Elizabeth’s grandchildren Princess Eugenie and Zara Tindall are also pregnant.

A source close to the Middleton family told Page Six that, “Pippa and James are thrilled, it’s fantastic news amid a difficult year. The entire family is delighted.” The couple have thus far declined to comment on reports they are expecting a second child. James is a hedge fund billionaire and the brother of reality star Spencer Matthews. Pippa is described as an author and they currently live in London.

Kate Middleton’s Sister Pippa Is Expecting Her Second Child

Pippa and James were married in 2017 and are parents to two-year-old son Arthur. Arthur is a cousin to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s children Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, five, and Prince Louis, also two.

Pippa and James were married at St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, on the estate of former Conservative MP Richard Benyon. In 2018, they welcomed baby son Arthur in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital, which is the same place where her sister Kate gave birth to all three of her children.

The Cambridge Children Will Soon Have Another Cousin To Get Play With

The couple are reportedly looking to move to Bucklebury Farm Park, close to the Middleton family home in Chapel Row. That is where Pippa grew up with her big sister Kate, 38, and younger brother James, 33.

Pippa’s parents, Carole, 65, and Michael, 71, continue to reside in the £5million home.

Pippa’s new baby will have several cousins to play with. In addition to the three offspring of their aunt Kate, the newest Middleton-Matthews baby has cousins on their father’s side. These are Theodore Frederick Michael, two, and Gigi Margaux Matthews, five months, their parents being former Made in Chelsea star Spencer and his Irish model wife Vogue Williams.

Pippa And Her Husband James Are Looking To Relocate Closer To Her Family Home

Not to be outdone by the royal family, the Matthews family owns the Eden Rock resort on St Barts. The resort is one of the area’s most exclusive properties and frequented by a bevy of celebs.

Stars who have been known to stay there include Elton John, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio and the rooms can cost up to £25,000 a night.
