Royal Family News: King Charles’ Coronation Soap Opera

British royal family news teases that there’s a new UK soap opera currently airing, “As King Charles’ Coronation Turns.” The big event is less than a month away and the world simply cannot get enough dish about the behind-the-scenes rivalries, bitter family feuds, and infighting associated with this compelling dramarama.

It’s reported that future king Prince William “feels betrayed” by his spare brother Harry, who contends he was conceived only for his organ donation potential, but they will come face to face at the coronation on May 6.

In another riveting plot, Charles’ own spare brother disgraced Prince Andrew will be in attendance but his live-in ex-wife disgraced Sarah Ferguson was denied an invite.

It’s seen as a reconciliatory move to bring Andrew back into the fold but Sarah, the Duchess of York, will have to watch the proceedings from Westminster Abbey at home alone as her two daughters Eugenie and Beatrice will accompany their dad.

There is also beef between Harry and Andrew apparently, regarding the charming little pile quaintly called Frogmore Cottage. This year Harry was kicked out of the residence by his father and the coronation will be the final time that the prince will be allowed to stay there.

At the same time it’s been reported that Charles wants Andrew to downsize by moving into the cottage and giving up his spacious mansion so that William and his family can live large there.

Harry stunned the world by revealing in his tell-all memoir Spare that William once physically assaulted him over his basic cable actress wife Meghan Markle, breaking his precious necklace and sending him flying into the dog’s dishes.

Unlike spouse Sarah, Meghan was invited but is snubbing her in-laws, reportedly because she feels she deserves an apology from them for the awful way they treated her while she lived on their dime.

Meanwhile William allegedly has no intention of speaking to Harry due to the latter’s verbal attacks on the royal family for the last three years. And, while Harry has deigned to be in attendance, he has been denied a formal role in the coronation and sources say that his family plan to avoid him like the plague, likely sitting him as far away from the cameras as possible.

Who comes out the winner in this scandal plagued family? Charles of course–he reportedly is chuffed that Harry will be there after what the Mail described as a game of “transatlantic ping pong” between their representatives—once again proving that it’s good to be king!
