British royal family news divulges that those irascible scamps, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle, failed to tell the Queen about the tell-all interview they are gifting Oprah Winfrey, according The Mail on Sunday.
They reported that she was ‘blindsided’ last week when news broke that her grandson and his wife were boasting about giving the high profile interview to tell their side of the story.
She reportedly learned of it when CBS issued a statement on Monday after a producer working for Winfrey mistakenly told ITV about the project.

If and when a royal does an interview, they let the queen know for obvious reasons. But Harry chose to keep his actions secret.
As it stands Harry and Meghan will have a, “wide-ranging interview, covering everything from stepping into life as a Royal, marriage, motherhood [and] philanthropic work.”
Royal insiders assert that the tell-all did not influence the decision by the Queen to strip Harry and Meghan of their royal patronages and honorary military titles.
She told her grandson of her decision after the Oprah interview had been announced, but it reportedly had been written days earlier.
She wrote that, “in stepping away from the work of the Royal Family it is not possible to continue with the responsibilities and duties that come with a life of public service.”

That sentence is alleged to have infuriated Harry and Meghan leading them to pen a peevish response that claimed they would still live, “’a life of service” away from the Royal Family: “Service is universal.”
An insider spilled that, “Being a Royal is all about public service, not serving yourself. If public service is not your primary purpose, and making money is, then it’s impossible to represent the Queen.”
“People need to be able to look you in the eye and know that you are here for them, not filming a Netflix documentary.”

Royal Family News – The Queen Cut Loose The Excess Baggage
Another source said, “When someone has dedicated their entire life to duty, as she did on her 21st birthday, she understandably has very strong views on what public duty entails.”
For now the world waits to see just how low the Markle’s can go in persuading the public that they are the misunderstood, aggrieved parties who were at the mercy of “palace vipers.”

They couldn't shock me anymore. I don't understand why media continues to write about them but as long as you do they will continue being the news hungry brats they are. Leave them be…..nobody cares.

No, I would be more shocked if they started to live the private life they dishonestly told the public they wanted. The reality is baby no 2 news is already old and didn't get much reaction. Once Oprah's interview is over it's curtains really. I hope the Royals aren't naive enough to let them attend with a celebrity style position at a royal event because that's one of the few avenues left for them to continue their carnival act. Attending and then snarking to the media about how little family attention they are given or how the public is aggressive towards them. They have made no secret of their dislike for the UK and it's people, their constant rudeness and public insults to the Queen and other senior Royals. So I don't think their presence at public events is a good idea. The Queen and senior Royals should keep them as far away from the Royals services to the public as possible. Any family gatherings should be kept private with them signing a private and confidential agreement. They are a danger to the monarchy providing nothing but reasons for people who would like to see the Royals removed.
