British royal family news divulges that Tom Bower’s new book Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the war between the Windsors, is making waves in royal circles. Excerpts from the book in The Sun have revealed insider juice about the royals and the latest installment claims Meghan Markle did something she was told not to, apparently to her advantage. Bower alleges that Meghan, “called her PR team in hysterics after Buckingham Palace reacted with ‘fury’ to her Vanity Fair interview about Prince Harry.”

She married the man formerly known as Prince, Harry, in 2018. Apparently in 2017 Meghan was thrilled to be asked to be on the cover of Vanity Fair.

She also did an interview, “But when the magazine ran with the headline ‘Wild About Harry’ on its cover – focusing on Meghan’s relationship with the British prince rather than her work as an actor, activist and philanthropist – Bower says the Palace was taken aback.”

Even Meghan apparently knew how bad of a look this was and, “Within hours of the magazine’s pre-publication copies being sent to Buckingham Palace, Bower says Meghan phoned her PR firm and ‘hysterically’ told them of the Palace’s fury,” according to the Daily Mail.

Bower states that Meghan’s handler told her not to talk about, “sensitive subjects – such as race, Donald Trump and her relationship with the prince.” Oopsie.

Bower contends that her handler, “knew that a lot was riding on the interview, and both understood that the critical issue of Harry had been vetoed. Meghan spoke, he realized, knowing that she had the winning ticket but avoiding giving an impression of triumphalism.”

Royal Family News: Meghan Gushed About Harry

Instead of doing as she was told, Meghan gushed about Harry: “We’re a couple. We’re in love.” Yikes.

The Vanity Fair interview quoted Meghan Markle as saying: “I’m sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time. This is for us. It’s part of what makes it so special, that it’s just ours. But we’re happy. Personally, I love a great love story.”

What happened next? Meghan was accused of using her relationship with Prince Harry to promote herself,” and, “sealed Meghan’s fate as Harry’s fiancée.”
