British royal family news shows that is it just us, or is Meghan Markle, excuse us, the Duchess of Sussex, never satisfied with stirring the pot? Now the Duchess of Excess, “has complained to the BBC after it said she had apologized for ‘misleading’ the High Court.”
Whoa. “Apologize” is a loaded word, a trigger for Princess Pinocchio as anyone familiar with her ugly Oprah Winfrey spectacle knows. Apologize was the theme word for Meghan who swore that Kate Middleton apologized to HER not the other way around as was widely reported at the time. Many of her preposterous claims made on the dirty laundry show were shown to be lies, like the whopper she told about the Archbishop of Canterbury breaking her vows for her. With that in mind, let’s dissect Megs’ latest diatribe.
Royal Family News: Meghan Has “No Recollection” Syndrome?
Yesterday the BBC found it necessary to say that, “Meghan had asked it to ‘clarify’ that she had, in fact, apologized for ‘not remembering’ asking her former PR chief to help with the controversial royal biography Finding Freedom.”
She once said she had no part in the making of the book, now she apparently has that infamous affliction, “no recollection.”
What brought about her latest tiff with the media? “It came after the duchess reacted to a segment of a podcast – Harry, Meghan And The Media – to accompany broadcaster Amol Rajan’s BBC2 documentary The Princes And The Press.”
Rajan said on the podcast, “Initially Meghan Markle had said she hadn’t helped Scobie with the book. She apologized for misleading the court on this.”
Royal Family News: “No Recollection” Syndrome is Apparently Real
After Meghan complained, the BBC issued this statement: “The Duchess of Sussex has asked us to clarify that she apologized to the court for not remembering email exchanges with her former communications secretary, Jason Knauf, in her evidence and said that she had no intention to mislead the court.”
When a private citizen gets to rewrite history at will, when once honorable institutions scrape and bow to a former game show regular’s demands, should we fear freedom of speech is being iced out in favor of the woke few who yell the loudest? Just asking. Maybe we should consult Piers Morgan.

For what it’s worth here’s another version of the truth: “Last year Mr. Knauf revealed Meghan had allowed him to speak to the authors of Finding Freedom – contradicting her previous denials of involvement in statements to the High Court – by sending him details that could be shared with them.”
“Meghan previously claimed she did not know whether her team had given information to the Finding Freedom authors and insisted she had not been contacted by aides for ‘clarification of any matters relating to the book.’”
“But in an exchange shortly before Mr Knauf was due to meet the journalists, she said: ‘For when you sit down with them it may be helpful to have some background reminders so I’ve included them below just in case. I know you are better versed at this than most but assisting where I can. I appreciate your support – please let me know if you need me to fill in any other blanks. Thank you!’”
Oops. That’s called a smoking gun. Maybe the cowed BBC will describe it as a wet noodle?
