Is Meghan Markle trying to rebrand herself once again? Maybe. There’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex might be trying to take a page out of Angelina Jolie’s book and become a Hollywood philanthropist.

In fact, it seems like Meghan is trying to emulate her altogether as her “ultimate objective” is to become a high-profiled celebrity activist. Here’s what you need to know.

Apparently, throwing royal family members under the bus can only get you so far for so long. That’s why Meghan Markle is trying to come up with another plan.

But because she doesn’t want to go back to acting, she thinks that the next best thing is to become a philanthropist just like all of the other Hollywood actors out there like Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon, and so many more.

That might also be one of the reasons why the Duchess of Sussex recently switched to another PR firm. Back in April, it was reported that Meghan had signed with talent agency WME. It is understood that the agency works with many different film and television production companies and also works with brand partnership.

One source close put it this way, “There is a campaign apparently happening behind the scenes and some of the advice that William Morris Endeavor has given Meghan and Harry is to ‘pull it back.’ Stay behind the scenes. No more spilling the tea. And just kind of behave themselves while they try to wrangle this brand.”

So far Meghan Markle herself hasn’t made any comments about the matter but a lot of people have noticed that she and Prince Harry have pulled back from their public appearances in recent weeks. However, the Duke of Sussex currently is in London for his court case against the British tabloids.

With that said, whether or not Meghan will become the next Angelina Jolie remains to be seen. For now, it seems like the Sussexes just have to figure out what step to take next in their supposed rebranding.
