Insiders are saying that while the pandemic is still crimping travel plans, there are three major royal events that would be hard for Harry to pass up.

The sources stress that Harry will be back in the UK to see his family but probably without Meghan and Archie. Why? According to the sources it is for purely benevolent reasons that Meghan chooses to avoid her in-laws.

They claim that her presence would overshadow the actual event itself and she would never do such a thing! So, if Meghan doesn’t accompany Harry, no one should see this as a “snub” it is merely Meghan’s way of doing the royals a favor and is based purely on “practical” reasons. Got that?

These are the huge royal events set to take place in 2021: Prince Philip’s 100th birthday celebrations, Trooping The Colour, the Queen’s 95th birthday, and the unveiling of a statue in memory of Princess Diana at Kensington Palace.

According to another source, “Her Majesty made very clear when they left the UK that Harry and Meghan were still much loved members of her own family and would be very welcome to attend family events. That still holds true.”

And a third source confirmed that Harry was likely to return home alone: “Harry wants to come back for The Queen and Prince Philip’s big birthdays. But it looks likely it will be just him.

“If Meghan comes back, the feeling is that it would overshadow the occasion. People would only be looking at the ‘drama’ of it all.”
