Meghan Markle British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex has kicked another member of her squad to the curb. Nick Collins, who was at one time termed her “dream team” advisor is now looking for his next source of income according to insiders who themselves may be wondering if they’re next on the chopping block.
Collins was a part of the posse for years, most notably serving as her agent for her breakout role on cable series Suits. It’s been reported that he helped her hatch Megxit, and so now he knows what it feels like to be on the other end of that?

According to DailyMail.com Meghan Thee Duchess no longer needs Collins as an agent after scoring a $100 million Netflix deal, a multi-million dollar podcast deal with Spotify and other lucrative business ventures such as humanitarian lattes.

But Collins who is also a partner at Hollywood firm The Gersh Agency will stay on as a “consultant.” Maybe he knows too much? Maybe he has pictures?

Last year DailyMail.com revealed that Meghan had kept Collins on even after joining the royal family. At the time it led to speculation that she still considered herself an actress and would seek a second acting job to add to her resume.

But Meghan and Prince Harry’s recent “career” moves have now led to speculation that she fancies herself more of a politician than an actress. They have cobbled together media, charity and production teams, have launched their charity Archewell, and have much hyped business deals with media giants Netflix and Spotify which they have yet to make good on.

A Hollywood talent agency insider told DailyMail.com, “It is a very strange development really. Nick has been a loyal friend and confidante for Meghan and Harry over the past few years. His expertise and knowledge of business matters in Hollywood and contact list is astonishing. While on paper she was not accepting work offers as an actress, other work opportunities and roles did come in through Gersh.”

They added, “And with the upheaval and swift departure from England and business plan needed, many believe he played a key role in helping the Sussexes get the ball rolling in business. He was part of the ‘Dream Team.”’

Meghan insists that she has no plans to act presently so he’s not needed to negotiate deals. Make no mistake, acting and voiceover offers are flooding in to the couple. But now they will go to their production company and personal media team,” the source said.
