British royal family news shows last Meghan Markle is finally taking over the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany, making them all about herself.
Her latest spotlight hog (all of them coming at the expense of the wounded warriors) came on Thursday.
As Meghan took in the chair volleyball match between Nigeria and Ukraine, she made sure to be conspicuous by waving around a Nigerian flag.

Royal Family News: Meghan’s New Nigerian Identity
Team Nigeria is in its first year of competition at the Games. Harry was in the British Army and founder of the Invictus Games and as such he remains neutral when cheering on countries.
In his opening ceremony speech he divulged that Meghan is cheering for Nigeria. At that time Harry welcomed 500 athletes from 21 nations to the big event.

He stated “Now, I’m not saying we play favorites in our home, but since my wife discovered she’s of Nigerian descent, it’s likely to get a little bit more competitive this year.”
Last October 2022 Meghan told her Archetypes podcast audience that she is 43% Nigerian knowledge gained from a genealogy test.
Meghan told her guest Ziwe “I’m going to start to dig deeper into all this because anybody that I’ve told, especially Nigerian women, are like ‘What!’”
Royal Family News: Meghan Is Nigerian
The Invictus Games commenced on Sunday and when Meghan arrived on Tuesday she took over the event. On Wednesday she “spent time with the Nigerian team behind the scenes” according to the Daily Mail.
The favoritism didn’t stop there. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex posed for photos with Team Nigeria and the national flag. Hello! reported that the athletes gave the couple “a plaque from the Chief of Defense.”
Meghan was also gifted a little something extra — a new nickname. But wait, there’s more! Meghan was allegedly given a new name.
According to Hello! she was given the name “Amira Ngozi Lolo.” Amira is a warrior princess from legend, Ngozi means “blessed” and Lolo means “royal wife.” Can her life get any better than this?
