British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle has brought the monarchy tons of headlines since she married Prince Harry. In her case the saying, ‘no publicity is bad publicity’ may not apply. Now her brother is on the negative PR bandwagon!
Ahead of his appearance on Big Brother VIP in Australia, Thomas Markle Jr. has bleated all about being Meghan’s kin. TV host Christine Lampard told Ross King on Lorraine, “It’s just a little bit cringe.”

She asked him, “Has that made the news at all over there (America)?” to which he replied, “Yes a little bit. It’s starting to filter through so it will be interesting to see what comes of it and if that was the only thing he actually said.”

Christine responded, “Another headache for Meghan and Harry undoubtedly.” Not to mention the rest of the royal family who have been taken to the woodshed by the couple who deserted the monarchy.

So what has Thomas said to date about his connection to the royals? In a video for the show he claimed to have told Prince Harry the honest truth. He said, “I told Prince Harry, I think she’s going to ruin your life. She’s very shallow.”
He then boasted, “I’m Meghan Markle’s brother. I’m the biggest brother of them all.”
It looks like Meghan Markle is not the only Markle who has a flair for the dramatic. Perhaps it’s genetic? Prior to marrying Harry she made a name for herself with a game show glamor girl stint and a cable show.

In addition to talking about Junior’s aspirations, royal experts have been speculating about Prince Harry and Meghan’s commercial brand. Royal expert Daniela Elser wrote in news.com.au, “When the Sussexes do start unveiling their slate of TV and podcasting projects they will get one shot; that is, one chance to impress audiences and make their mark either in terms of steaming figures or critical plaudits.”
“When the novelty and the lustre of working with members of the Royal Family wears off, if they don’t have streaming counts or a clutch of awards to show for themselves, then will their contracts be renewed?”
So far they have nothing to worry about since they have done absolutely zero work to deserve their Netflix and Spotify contracts.
