British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle could be distancing herself from the monarchy, not to mention her husband, by ditching the title she has clung to like a lifeline: Duchess of Sussex.
The news was revealed in, what else, lawsuit paperwork. According to Newsweek, her, “lawyer has waived service in her half-sister’s libel lawsuit—but unusually did not refer to her as a duchess in the paperwork.”

Although Meghan and Harry ditched the monarchy in ugly fashion, apparently not in name only, they have both insisted they be referred to as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Their desire to be half royal has been mocked as a PR stunt, but have the tone deaf pair finally heard the whispers?
The lawsuit paperwork is part of Samantha Markle’s lawsuit brought against her sister, “for defamation in part over the Oprah Winfrey interview, but also based on private emails Meghan sent her former Kensington Palace communications secretary.”
Royal Family News – Is Meghan A Duchess?
According to Newsweek, Meghan’s attorney Michael Kump submitted a court filing in response to Samantha’s suit, allowing the case to proceed without formal, in-person service.
The papers refer to Princess Pinocchio as “Meghan Markle,” despite her demand that she be referred to as, “Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex,” a puffed up title given to her due to her marriage to the man formerly known as Prince, Harry. Even her own (website) Archewell refers to her as a royal personage.

Even Kump has referred to her as a “duchess” appropriately enough in yet more lawsuit documents: “when he filed a lawsuit against paparazzi who had been using drones to photograph baby Archie playing in private. The plaintiffs in that case were listed as: “Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex and Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex.”

Samantha Markle’s suit says Meghan is guilty of “slut shaming” her for talking about her having, “three children by three different husbands, which she says is false.”
The filing added: “Samantha had ‘lost custody of all three of her children.’ This is false. Samantha never lost custody of any of her children. This is Meghan trying to destroy Samantha’s credibility and reputation because a mother must be doing something very wrong to lose custody of her children.”
Meghan and Samantha’s father, Thomas Markle, has said he will testify on behalf of Samantha if it comes to that.

Meagan Markle should loose her Duchess of sussex name, as she is just a plain jane like the rest of us. She has hurt the Monarchy so much and I cant believe Prince Harry lets her treat him like a spoiled child. They wanted to move to the states to live and they were going to get off social media and be happy. Well that did not happen as all they do is talk crap and sue anyone who pisses them off. Prince Harry its a shame that you let this nobody hurt your family so much. Try growing up and let Meagan know that you are not her child, but her husband.
