British royal family news reveals that one high profile mental health advocate has come forward to give a controversial take on Meghan Markle speaking about her mental health. Marjorie Wallace, a charity head, a campaigner for people with disabilities, and investigative journalist, stated she does not agree with “victimhood.”
The founder of mental health charity SANE insisted she does not want to condemn anyone, but she doesn’t, “respect people who take victimhood on as a career.”

Wallace’s prolific career included reporting on the thalidomide scandal. According to her, people should find constructive ways to manage, “disability or disadvantage.” She added that, “everyone whether they’re privileged or they’re poor has troubles in their lives.”
She also has ties to the royal family as a close friend of Antony Armstrong-Jones the Earl of Snowden.
Royal Family News: Meghan Told To Deal With It
On the Difficult Women podcast Wallace was asked about, “Meghan Markle and her decision to discuss in her Netflix documentary with Prince Harry that she developed suicidal thoughts as a working member of the Royal Family.”
Wallace shared her thoughts on the topic by saying, “I don’t like to condemn anyone. I’ll tell you what I don’t really like, and this is nothing to do with the Netflix series, is that I don’t like victimhood and I’ve never played it myself in my life.”
“Yes you can have terrible times, and I’ve had terrible terrible times … But I don’t really think playing the victim card helps, whatever you’re a victim of, and I don’t really respect people who take victimhood on as a career.”
Royal Family News – Meghan Spilled All to Oprah Winfrey
In 2021 Meghan tearfully told Oprah Winfrey, “When I joined that family, that was the last time I saw my passport, my driving license, my keys.” These and many other assertions have since been debunked, leading Piers Morgan to give her the nickname Princess Pinocchio.
Meghan and Harry were drubbed after the scandalous interview and have been again following last month’s release of Harry’s memoir, Spare. In it he unleashes verbal venom, describing how his brother William and father Charles have disappointed him. Tell us royal fans, has Harry disappointed YOU?
