British royal family news proves that one prince’s trash is another princess’s treasure. Case in point: the dwelling that Prince Harry, Duke Of Sussex considered a dump is now the home of his cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.

The residence in question is none other than Frogmore Cottage the pile that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle demanded be upgraded before they fled the country. Apparently, it now meets a five star standard as the newest couple to inhabit the place are expecting and accustomed to only the finest.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Demanded Extensive Renovations To Frogmore Cottage Then Ditched It

The Sun is reporting that the couple, who are expecting their first child early next year, has gladly accepted the estate that Harry deemed unacceptable, even after the taxpayer sunk millions into it to suit his taste.

They moved in two weeks ago after Meghan Marke and Prince Harry’s belongings were reportedly removed under cover of darkness and shipped off to their $14 million dollar Montecito mansion.

The Sun states that the cottage, a five-bedroom home, is still technically Sussex’s UK residence, but let’s be real, they’re never coming back.

The move by parents-to-be Eugenie and Jack makes sense as the house is close to her parents’, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s, Royal Lodge home. The couple announced their baby news in September.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Frogmore Cottage Has New Tenants

There is no word yet as to whether or not Eugenie will have to pay Harry to rent money. For his part, Harry and his family are living in sun-drenched Montecito, California in an upscale mansion that presumably meets his high standards.

Harry’s new place has almost double the number of bedrooms that Frogmore Cottage has plus it has 16 bathrooms. There reportedly is a guest house on the grounds and it has been alleged that Meghan’s mother Doria will live here.

Meanwhile, the main house reportedly has a stripper pole, a library, an office, a wine cellar, a spa with dry and wet saunas, a gym, a games room, an arcade, a movie theater, and a five-car garage.

The outside boasts manicured lawns, tiered rose gardens, a full-size tennis court, a tea house, a children’s cottage and a huge pool.
