British royal family news divulges that Oprah Winfrey is talking about Queen Elizabeth’s death and actually said that she hopes it HELPS Meghan and Harry. What in the world is she thinking?
Royal Family News – Oprah Winfrey Said What?
According to Oprah, who scored a ratings bonanza off the backs of the royal family courtesy of an ugly tell-all with Harry and Meghan, she hopes that, “burying the dead,” will help her Montecito neighbors make “peace” with the royals. Many will find such a comment questionable on all kinds of levels.
An untold number of royal fans were appalled at the viciousness with which Harry and Meghan mouthed off to a willing Oprah last March. Adding insult to grievous injury, the “special” aired while Harry’s grandfather Prince Philip was on his deathbed.
Royal Family News – What Did Oprah Just Say?
In 2020 H and M ditched the monarchy for a life of “financial freedom” signaling where their values and priorities lay. Since then the Oprah dragging has become a symbol of their nastiness toward his family, a whining vendetta that has been carried out across multiple platforms. During the Oprah Winfrey mudfest, the couple made bombshell accusations which were later shown to be inaccurate. To her discredit, Meghan referred to Princess Kate by a bullying name, twice.
The beloved Queen reigned for 70 years on the British throne and was the UK’s longest serving monarch. To say that her death would benefit anyone is tasteless, classless and just plain putrid.

Royal Family News – Why Did Oprah Just Say That About the Queen?
Her Majesty passed away “peacefully” at age 96 last Thursday. She was at her cherished Balmoral estate in Scotland and the nation is now in a ten day mourning period. Maybe someone should relay that information to Oprah.
During the now infamous Oprah interview, Meghan complained that she felt “silenced” by the royals, and declared she was, “given a very clear directive from the moment the world knew she and Harry were dating to always say, ‘No comment.’”
And yet Meghan apparently didn’t agree with decorum stating, “I’ve always been outspoken, especially about women’s rights, and that’s the sad irony of the last four years – I’ve advocated for so long for women to use their voice.” She sure is using it now.

I don’t like how Oprah permitted a one sided interview without even questioning some of the obvious and dubious statements made by Harry and Meghan. It did look unprofessional on Oprah’s part and made her look a little too willing to paint a one-sided picture. However perhaps this particular comment by Oprah has been taken out of context. It must be difficult to answer off the cuff questions whilst attending an unrelated event. Perhaps what Oprah meant was that she hoped the sad and tragic death of the Queen and sorrow everyone in the royal family including Harry and Meghan will be feeling will finally bring everyone to their senses and realize life is too short for family grudges. Some things can’t be unsaid but we can learn and heal from our actions.
