US attorney Nick Goldstone expounded on these thoughts in a frank interview.

Royal Family News – Prince Andrew Has Been Implicated

He began by issuing a warning for Prince Andrew and stated that US authorities may have a, “greater interest,” into his alleged activities due to the high profile attention Virginia Giuffre’s case is attracting.

He told iNews that Prince Andrew, “could be subject to being summoned by the criminal authorities,” if a criminal case drops. Additionally Andrew might be served with an extradition warrant if the US court asked for it at some point in the case.

He added, “In the civil context, he cannot be subpoenaed or extradited, but in a criminal context he might be.”

Other royal commentators think that Andrew has backed himself into a hole with his latest sandal. They think it quite improbable that he can ever win back the support of his family in light of the intense scrutiny his lawsuit has brought.

Royal Family News – What Will Prince Andrew Do Next?

Royal watcher Rupert Bell told talkRADIO, “That is what they’re frustrated about, is that it’s dragging on and they see Andrew as part of the reason why it has dragged on.”

“You remember how long ago the Emily Maitlis interview was, that was pre-pandemic times. So therein lies the problem, it’s been dragging on and every corner and every day, there’s something else to be talked about with regards to Prince Andrew and this civil case against him.”

Andrew’s infamous BBC interview was an attempt by him to clear his name. That outcome was not achieved. Instead critics excoriated Andrew for his awkward and evasive answers. The end result was that he was mothballed from royal life to the extent that its hard to find his visage on official social media accounts.

What is next for Andrew? “He has to sort it out one way or another, and until he does that, then he can’t win over his family who are obviously totally frustrated, particularly Charles and William, because they see that the damage is enormous.”

I think too that he should be prosecuted if he is guilty. Why should he get off just because he is a member of the royal family? I've often wondered, too, if Jeffrey Epstein actually did kill himself or did he have help because he knew too much?
