Royal Family news emerged in the past couple of weeks that probably gets Prince Andrew down in the dumps. As you probably know, he was named in a civil case of rape and sexual assault brought against him by Virginia Roberts. Hopeful that it might all go away, that never happened. So, folks feared he might impact the Queen’s celebration of sitting on the throne for 70 years. Well, he won’t be able to attend the Platinum Jubilee events that he’s scheduled for. That’s because they clash with court hearing dates
Royal Family News – Prince Andrew Can’t Attend Some Events
The Platinum Jubilee events that honor Queen Elizabeth are scheduled for next year. It’s a massive honor for her, but her son’s court case presents a lot of difficulties. Of course, the public already heard that he got a bit of good news. His legal team was successful in getting the 2009 settlement between Jeffrey Epstein and longtime accuser Virginia Giuffre sealed. Actually, the fact that it involved Epstein makes for massive publicity. Of course, he denies the charges but that won’t satisfy the media or public critics until a court case happens. After all, his nickname’s not “Randy Andy” for nothing.
Royal Family insiders drop some information about Prince Andrew and his looming court case. A judge ruled that all disclosures and depositions should be done before July 2022. So, that put it slap bang in conflict with his various platinum Jubilee appearances. The UK Daily Mail cited Royal watcher Richard Fitzwilliams. He noted, his “atrociously ill-advised friendship with Epstein,” casts a shadow over the whole thing. Well, it certainly did, as reports emerged that he won’t attend at least the RA Fly-past at Buckingham Palace.
Royal Family News Reveals Andrew Keeps Low Profile
In a new report by The Daily Mail this week, they noted that an insider source claimed Prince Andrew will not really be visible. four-day national royal party. It marks mark what will be his mother the Queen‘s 70th year on the throne between Thursday, June 2 and Sunday, June 5 next year. That will be a massive occasion with loads of TV coverage that airs widely.
The dark shadow cast by the allegations probably gets the Royal Family down right now. After all the court proceedings couldn’t have come at a worse time for them. Bear in mind, some popularity wanes these days. Additionally, the Queen probably still suffers grief after Prince Phillip passed away. Also, she is very far from being a spring chicken. Of course, not much comes directly from the palace itself. Reportedly, they declined to comment when approached by The Sun about the various events.
