British royal family news reveals that Prince Andrew is the defendant in a civil lawsuit brought by accuser Virginia Giuffre. Now comes supposition that Meghan Markle could become a part of the court proceedings, an activity that is right up her lawsuit happy alley.

According to a report from The Daily Beast, it may that Giuffre’s attorney may seek to depose Meghan Markle as he believes that the runaway royal could have lapped up some, “important knowledge” about Andrew.

According to Boies, “She is somebody we can count on to tell the truth.” Oh my, someone please tell the poor delusional man that Meghan’s nickname is Princess Pinocchio.

The lawyer went on to say of Meghan Markle: “One; she is in the U.S. so we have jurisdiction over her. Two; she is somebody who obviously, at least for a period of time, was a close associate of Prince Andrew and hence is in a position to perhaps have seen what he did, and perhaps if not to have seen what he did to have heard people talk about it. Because of her past association with him, she may very well have important knowledge, and will certainly have some knowledge.”

Royal Family News – Andrew Is The Subject Of A Civil Suit

Prince Andrew’s team has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, and on January 4 the judge will render a verdict on that. If the suit goes forward, Andrew and Giuffre must submit to videotaped depositions and answer written “interrogatories.”

The clever lawyer went on to say that up to a dozen third parties could be deposed. One of those parties could be Andrew’s ex-wife, and live in friend, Sarah Ferguson. In that case Boies would have to jump through a few more hoops as she is a non-U.S. resident and as such the British courts would have to approve the request. The lawsuit is being heard in NYC, hence Boies’ easy access to truth telling Meghan.
