Royal Family News: Humiliated Harry And Meghan Booed At Service Of Thanksgiving While Other Royals Got CheersBritish royal family news shows that today Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were met with boo birds after making a splashy appearance at a solemn at Queen Elizabeth II’s Service of Thanksgiving. As the pair walked down the stairs and before fleeing in a waiting vehicle, the crowd let their feelings be known about the royal runaways.

The event was the centerpiece of today’s Platinum Jubilee events. But while the thirsty pair left the crown unimpressed, the real royals were greeted warmly as they left St. Paul’s Cathedral on Friday.

In addition to the royal family, reps from overseas territories and governors general, among others, also were in attendance making the Markles’ humiliation world wide news.

Her Majesty was scheduled to attend the church service, but last night the palace issued a statement that she would decline based on experiencing “some discomfort” on Thursday. Yesterday the 96-year old was resplendent at Trooping the Colour in the morning and an evening lighting ceremony.

According to Fox News, Markle and Harry left the church to boos, while Prince William and Kate Middleton received cheers.
The former actress wore a cream colored monochrome outfit for the public comedown. Prince Harry wore his rent-a-medals and a scowl.

As is annual custom, the official birthday of the queen kicked off with Trooping the Colour. In the evening the queen was again in the spotlight as she lit a symbolic globe which then triggered a worldwide chain reaction as beacons became lit. Friday’s main event was the Service of Thanksgiving, in the morning at St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Many more events are scheduled through Sunday to mark 70 years of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. She celebrated Silver, Gold and Diamond Jubilees in 1977, 2002 and 2012, marking 25, 50 and 60 years on the throne. Jubilees are commemorated with military displays, a church service and street parties.

Prince Charles was also at the service and got to see first hand how the nation feels about his spare son, the one who publicly accused him of being a bad parent. Notably absent was disgraced Prince Andrew who just tested positive for COVID-19. What are the chances he, too, would have been booed by a crowd clearly not impressed by disrespectful behavior toward the queen?
