British royal family news shows that Prince Harry Duke of Sussex recently talked to GQ about his late-life cultural and social awakening. Hollywood Harry warned that the United Kingdom has to take a “long, hard look” at itself in terms of the progress it has made to achieve equality.
“In a sort of typically British way, we need to be able to truly celebrate that diversity we pride ourselves on a global stage,” he said. He went on to say that Britain needs to try harder to be proud of diverse communities around the world, in its efforts to end racism.
Prince Harry added that people everywhere have to reeducate themselves about the struggles minorities face in order to demolish obstacles to racial equality. At the same time, he stressed that the UK better take a “long, hard look,” at itself because members of minority communities are being forced to protest because they are not treated equally to whites.
