As Marie Claire puts it, Sobie “sometimes acts as a spokesperson of sorts for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex” effectively killing any journalistic integrity he’s tried to dig up.

The man himself writes in I News that Endgame is “an unfiltered investigation into the current state of the Royal Family.”

According to Scooby Doo, he claims that there is a class system among royal reporters, with some punished and some rewarded. Wonder what side he thinks he’s on?

According to Doo, writing the much-mocked bio Finding Freedom “led to him falling very much out of favor with the Royal Family … Sources told me that Prince William was so incensed by my revelations that his Kensington Palace team had given negative information to favored journalists about his brother that he wanted me barred from his engagements.”

Fearless, he, Scobie then sniffs “But in order to tell a full story, it has to be written without fear of favor—regardless of the consequences.”

In the name of brave and fearless storytelling Scobie promises to provide insight into defining and controversial events for King Charles, Prince William, and Princess Kate.

Scobie also tweeted he has written 16 chapters with some titles being “Shaking Ground: The Queen Is Dead, the Monarchy Faces Trouble” and “Gloves On: Prince William, Heir to the Throne.”
