Royal family insiders previously shared that Prince William and Prince Harry desired to reconcile. But then came the news that the brothers’ stepmother, Duchess Camilla, would become crowned Queen. And that fueled an entirely NEW feud as a result of Harry’s history with Camilla!

Harry reportedly viewed his father Prince Charles cheating on his mother Princess Diana with Camilla Parker Bowles as the biggest betrayal imaginable. And while William made peace, Harry felt sensitive to Diana’s tearful reaction. As a result, Harry allegedly detested Camilla. And Diana’s tragic death made Harry even more upset. 

But when Camilla and Charles tied the knot in 2005, that loathing reportedly became even stronger. And originally, Harry united with William in reacting negatively. However, William and the rest of the family have gradually come to accept Camilla. As a result, Queen Elizabeth announced her “sincere wish” that the Duchess of Cornwall become Queen Consort when Charles becomes King.

But while William united with the rest of the royals in congratulating Camilla, Harry drew back. And now the Duke of Sussex has started a new feud with his brother over William’s support for Camilla. But some wonder if Harry’s hostility extends to Charles. Previously, Harry’s dad had vowed that out of respect to Diana, Camilla never would become Queen. 

Harry Blames William, Not Charles Or Queen, For Camilla News!

But those assuming Prince Harry would feud with Charles AND the Queen over Camilla made the wrong prediction. And the reason dates back to when Harry became engaged to Meghan. As a result of William’s initially negative feelings toward Markle, Harry allegedly gradually felt estranged from his older brother.

Moreover, Harry may have hoped that William would unite with him in opposing Camilla becoming Queen. But William recognizes his future responsibilities, explained an insider. “As the future king, William had to consider what was best for the monarchy and what was best for his father,” shared the source.

And that contrasts dramatically with Harry, pointed out the insider. The Duke of Sussex “has always led with his heart. Harry felt Queen Camilla was a direct insult to his mother’s memory.” And Harry’s initial silence at the news “speaks volumes” about his emotional pain, added the source.
