According to reports, Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge’s, royal scheduled has been carefully planned so as to balance her duty with her role as a mother of three young children.
Kate and William have been married ten years and they have three adorable kids all under the age of nine: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

A royal source told the Evening Standard of Kate’s commitment to duty and motherhood: “Everything is all part of a long-term plan that she and William have worked out together. Her royal career has been built in an unprecedented way, upon the need to have space for parenting.”
The insider added, “There was criticism in the early days of their marriage when they were said not to be doing enough, whereas in fact they were pursuing a different strategy, with the entire agreement of the Queen and Prince Charles.”
It cannot be said today that the coupe are not doing enough, they have been front and center since the removal of two disgraced royals, Princes Andrew and Harry. Earlier this month the couple completed a Caribbean tour in which they represented Queen Elizabeth. Kate was described as confident and approachable and royal watchers said she, “emerged as a future Queen,” with, “much talent for firm, calm leadership as the current one.”

Royal expert Ingrid Seward has said that Kate will, “only take on work where she feels she can ‘make a difference.’”
She noted that Kate resembles the young Princess Elizabeth and, “has always known her destiny and is ready for it now.”

Katie Nicholl wrote the book Kate The Future Queen, and has observed her during several royal tours. She has noted that it is not easy for Kate to be gone from her young family. She told Closer magazine, “Kate wants to be modern, she wants to be hands-on, she wants to be present.”
She added that during a tour in Bhutan in 2016, “Despite being the Duchess of Cambridge and being able to afford around-the-clock nannies and so on, she had her mum looking after Prince George and Princess Charlotte, which struck me as just really normal. I could see how much comfort and confidence that gave her in getting on with her job, which she does brilliantly, but I think it is always such a wrench for her to leave her children behind.”
