British royal family news reveals that we don’t hear nearly as much about Laura Lopes as we do her royal stepbrothers, Prince William and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex but she is in the news and could be about to snag a royal title herself.

Laura Lopes is the daughter of Andrew Parker Bowles and Camilla Parker Bowles, who is now married to Prince Harry and Prince William’s dad Prince Charles.

When they were still married Camilla and Andrew had two kids, Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes.

Camilla’s daughter was born during her marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles, and she and her brother, along with Harry and William, made for ‘one big happy family’ at Charles and Camilla’s wedding.

According to royal reporter Katie Nicholl’s book Harry and William, the step-siblings were not big fans of one another. She wrote that William and Laura didn’t always get along back in the beginning: “William and Laura used to have terrible fights over who was to blame for their broken homes. William would blame Camilla for all the hurt she had caused his mother, which would send Laura into a rage. Laura was not having any of it. She would take a hard line and fire back at William, ‘Your father has ruined my life.’” Ouch.

Who Is Laura Lopes Married To?

Let’s hope that the childhood animosity has receded. Laura married a former Calvin Klein model named Harry Lopes in 2006. Apparently he outgrew the male model thing because he is still with CK but his current job title is “accountant.” Fancy Harry is the grandson of a baron, and he’s related to the fabulously rich Astor family.

Laura now has three kids of her own and her daughter, Eliza, was a bridesmaid at William and Kate’s lavish wedding.

The Express announced that Prince Charles, “may bestow royal titles upon his stepchildren” when he “ascends to the throne.” What does this mean in plain English? It means that Laura could find herself a duchess or a countess when (if?) Charles becomes king. Nice!
