British royal family news reveals that Prince William, Duke Cambridge has had an emotionally trying time in recent days, not in the least due to events taking place within his family.

His 99-year old grandfather Prince Philip is now resting back at home after a month long hospital stay, and his mouthy brother is ripping the family up and down, the latest chat fest occurring in a tell-all with Oprah Winfrey.
During that scandalous interview Prince Harry’s disgruntled wife Meghan Markle went after William’s wife Kate Middleton, not once, but twice.

Understandably the Duke of Cambridge is, “very protective” of the Duchess of Cambridge and has had to suffer the fallout of Meghan and Harry’s jaw dropping interview with Oprah Winfrey last week largely in silence.

Royal expert Penny Junor told People, “For Meghan to name Kate in a negative light is worse [for Prince William] than being attacked himself. William is very protective of Kate and can get very angry.”

While the Markle’s have continued to talk about the family in a negative light, William has largely ignored the couple’s controversial behavior.

During the interview Meghan claimed that she and Kate had a tearful confrontation days before her 2018 wedding.

Royal Family News: Prince William is Protective of His Wife

Meghan confronted reports that she made her sister-in-law cry over bridesmaid dresses by saying, “The reverse happened.”

Mouthy Meghan said she was not trying to “disparaging,” but added it was, “really important for people to understand the truth.”

“It was a really hard week of the wedding, and she was upset about something,” Meghan chirped. “But she owned it, and she apologized and she brought me flowers and a note apologizing.’

According to royal expert Katie Nicholl you, “never hear” about the Duchess of Cambridge falling out with anyone because she is, “very careful with how she treats others.”

Royal Family News – The Markle’s Continue To Drag Harry’s Family

She told OK! magazine, “Kate has never wanted any suggestion of a rift with Meghan to come out in the press, so for this story to be circulating is very hard.”

She added that there are “different versions” of the story and said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle know full well that the mother-of-three is, “not in a position to respond,” for herself.

“From what I hear, there are different versions of the bridesmaid story, not just the one Meghan discussed,” the royal expert told the publication.

“Kate felt it was all sorted, so to have it brought up again was mortifying. Kate is not in a position to respond and Meghan and Harry know that.”
