Royal Family News: Princess Charlotte Turns Six Just Days After Her Parent’s Tenth Wedding Anniversary

British royal family news reveals that it’s been a busy few days for the Cambridge family, exciting times full of milestones. The Duke and Duchess recently celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary and today their middle child Princess Charlotte celebrated her sixth birthday.

She has grown up so fast, as pictures her mom has taken of her over the years show. The family released a pic of the birthday girl and it is clear that she is well on her way to becoming a young lady. Her mom has called her “feisty” and family friends describe her as “determined” and “bright as a button.”

The image released was shot a day before her birthday and was taken by her enthusiastic photo bug mom Kate Middleton.

The new photo shows delightful Charlotte wearing a huge grin and long hair as she poses in a pretty floral frock.

Just last month her great-uncle, Gary Goldsmith who is Kate’s uncle, said Charlotte, “is really cheeky and confident, just like the rest of the family. I think she’s the one I’m most excited to watch grow up.”

Her parents are concerned for their children’s privacy as all parents are. But lately, they have increased the number of annual photocalls and shown a more relaxed side to themselves.

For instance, the Cambridge’s homeschooled their kids during the lockdown and shared a bit about that process. William admitted that it was, “a bit of a nightmare” and suggested that he struggled with Year 2 math.

At other times the family was pictured supporting the country’s ongoing COVID effort. At one point Charlotte was pictured clapping for essential workers during the first lockdown. She was also seen delivering food packages to the isolated and elderly individuals on the Sandringham Estate.

In another instance, she was shown in a video with David Attenborough and she declared, “I like spiders. Do you like spiders too?”

Royal Family News – The Royal Family Is Celebrating

Charlotte is a scene-stealer when the family appears together in public. At the Royal Family’s Christmas Day church service in 2019, she delighted well-wishers by making funny faces, waving away, and hugging a woman in a wheelchair.

The previous year she was in Princess Eugenie’s wedding as a bridesmaid and she waved most exuberantly to the crowds outside St. George’s Chapel, Windsor.
