British royal family news reveals that the Duke and Duchess of Excess, Harry and Meghan, will be back in the U.K. in September in order to attend two events. They will be present at the One Young World 2022 Summit in Manchester on Sept. 5, and on Sept. 8 they will attend the WellChild Awards.
In between they attend an Invictus Games event in Düsseldorf. In other words the Netflix cameras are set for a workout.
Have the Markles set aside time to visit his family? It doesn’t seem so. Because priorities. Let’s unpack what both sides are saying about this delicate situation.
The Markles Are Traveling
Sources at Buckingham Palace have said that Queen Elizabeth, “may struggle to meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when they visit the
U.K. next month as the aging monarch has an exceptionally busy week at the beginning of September.” According to the Daily Beast, the source said, “Some things cannot be moved.”
The Queen Is Too Busy For The Markles
That is an understatement. That week the queen is set to make no less than history while her grandson plays. The pinnacle of her calendar involves meeting Britain’s new prime minister on September 6. During that time she will, “invite them to form a government.”
For such a momentous occasion, “She is likely to want to spend a considerable amount of time after the formal activity reflecting on the meeting with advisers, and recording it in her private diaries … and would be unlikely to welcome trifling domestic distractions as she prepares to anoint the woman who might, conceivably, be her last prime minister.”
If that sounds harsh, consider that the Markles took their time, a year, before introducing their new daughter to Her Majesty.

The Markles Are Not Regal VIPs
Plus, Harry has a nasty habit of spilling his family’s linen to the world. Most recently he spilled to Hoda Kotb a NBC Today interview, “that his grandmother had a habit of telling him secrets she wouldn’t tell any other member of the family and that he had been checking she had the “right people” around her as if he were her guardian.”
Likewise, there is no indication that warring sibs William and Harry will meet up. The Daily Telegraph notes that H and M have, “no plans to see the Cambridges.” This is not how beef gets squashed guys and gals.
