British royal family news reveals author and television presenter, Sharon Osbourne, said recently that she thinks Prince Andrew should be locked up in a tower.

Osbourne, the wife of rock musician Ozzy Osbourne, and a reality television veteran in her own right made her comments on Talk TV’s new panel show titled The Talk. The “The Osbournes Want to Believe” veteran signed on to the show as presenter after having left a CBS show of the same name in 2021.

Osbourne’s earlier, and acrimonious departure came after she publicly defended Piers Morgan when he claimed: “not to believe a word” of Meghan Markle’s controversial Oprah Winfrey interview.

Sharon Osbourne – Grilled Over Piers Morgan Support

Osbourne had gotten into a somewhat rancorous discussion with Black co-host Sheryl Underwood in which she defended former Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan

Osbourne had a heated discussion with Black co-host Sheryl Underwood, in which she defended Morgan and said in part: “I feel like I’m about to be put in the electric chair because I have a friend who many people think is racist, so that makes me a racist,” per Newsweek in March 2021.

In that exchange, Osbourne was questioned about her views on race and it provoked a backlash on social media leading to her stepping down from her role on the show.

Sharon Osbourne’s  – Apology

That year, Sharon released a very public apology. Addressing the worldwide black community, she wrote, “To anyone of color that I offended and/or to anyone that feels confused or let down by what I said, I am truly sorry. I panicked, felt blindsided, got defensive & allowed my fear & horror of being accused of being racist take over.”

It’s notable, though, that Osbourne now finds herself working directly with Piers Morgan on his own Talk TV show, Piers Morgan Uncensored. Also worth noting is that Talk TV is owned by Rupert Murdoch who also owns Fox TV.

Sharon Osbourne – Is Still After Prince Harry And Meghan Markle

It was on the Monday episode of Morgan’s show that Osbourne aired feelings about several members of the royal family including Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Of the duke and duchess, she said, “Are you in or are you out, because you can’t have it all.”

The statement referred to their recent visit with Queen Elizabeth II and comments Harry made, at the 2022 Invictus Games in the Netherlands, about ensuring the Queen was “protected.”
