He might no longer be a part of her life, but Thomas Markle wants to make sure that he will never be forgotten. The former General Hospital lighting director says that while he believes that his daughter Meghan Markle had ‘killed’ him, he’s not going to let her bury him. Royal Family News – Thomas Markle Says Meghan Markle Killed Him

Thomas Markle is refusing to be silenced. In an interview with 7News Australia, which will air right before King Charles’ coronation next weekend, the 78-year-old says that he won’t let his daughter, the Duchess of Sussex, get rid of him altogether.

He put it this way, “She killed me and then mourned me. I refuse to be buried by her. If she doesn’t turn up for a stroke, if that doesn’t move her, what would?”

As many royal fans probably already know, Meghan cut off all communication with her father back in 2018 and right before her royal wedding.

She was none too pleased when she found out that Thomas was working with the paparazzi to stage a photoshoot. Unfortunately, Prince Harry feels like he’s partly responsible for the demise of the relationship between Meghan and her father.

In their Netflix docuseries, Harry and Meghan, the Duke of Sussex said, “She had a father before this. And now she doesn’t have a father. And I shouldered that, because if Meg wasn’t with me, then her dad would still be her dad.”

Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, also offered her thoughts on the matter and how she thinks that her ex had crossed a line. During the docuseries, she said, “I was absolutely stunned that Tom would become part of this circus. I felt sad that the media would run with this. That he would capitalise [on this]. Certainly as a parent, that’s not what you do. It’s not parenting.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the matter but at this point it’s doubtful that she will.
