British royal family news shows that three royal households have issued a historic statement against the BBC. Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace and Clarence House joined together in criticizing the network’s portrayal of events surrounding Megxit, the infamous desertion of Harry and Meghan from the monarchy and the country.
In particular, the tri-household complaint alleged that the BBC gave credence to, “overblown and unfounded claims,” against the Royal Family in a documentary about Princes William and Harry.
Royal Family News – The BBC Has Been Accused Of Inaccuracies
The first of two parts of the documentary aired Monday night and included allegations by Omid Scobie, a royals reporter who calls himself Meghan’s “soul mate.” So much for being unbiased. The man nicknamed, “Meghan’s mouthpiece,” claims that, “that insiders from other royal households had briefed against the Sussexes,” according to the Daily Mail.
Prior to the airing, Buckingham Palace requested the opportunity to review the documentary, and were denied. They had reportedly threatened to curtail cooperation on future projects with the BBC after this denial, but the BBC was adamant that access not be allowed.
Royal Family News – The BBC Did Not Cooperate With The Monarchy
The first part of the show saw Jenny Afia, a lawyer from Schillings who represents Meghan, speak her mind. Incredibly, the BBC’s Amol Rajan said Afia spoke with Meghan’s permission.
She went on the air to say that, “bullying claims printed about the Duchess were ‘false’ and said she rejected the ‘narrative’ that the former Suits actress was ‘difficult to work with.’”
Numerous sources have come forward to say that Meghan was a handful during her actress days and she has strayed from her lane on numerous occasions including the cold calling of US senators to plead for favors.

Royal Family News – The Monarchy Does Not Agree With Meghan’s Mouthpiece
Ahead of the BBC’s broadcast, the three royal households which represent the Queen and future monarchs Charles and William stated, “A free, responsible and open Press is of vital importance to a healthy democracy. However, too often overblown and unfounded claims from unnamed sources are presented as facts and it is disappointing when anyone, including the BBC, gives them credibility.”
Their reaction came after the episode featured assertions by Scobie, “that negative stories about the Sussexes had been briefed by other royal households,” and “Claims that Prince Charles had been ‘overshadowed’ by a decision by Harry’s press secretary to release a statement criticizing the press’s coverage of his relationship with Meghan Markle while he was on a royal trip to Oman.”
