Royal Family News: Who Is Chelsy Davy And How Is She Linked To Prince Harry?

British royal family news shows that Chelsy Davy is back in the news years after making headlines for being Prince Harry’s arm candy. His former girlfriend was referenced in a torrid BBC documentary that aired this week.

The two-part documentary is titled The Princes and the Press, and in it PI Gavin Burrows made some stunning claims.

Burrows claims to have been part of a group that dug into the blonde’s past starting in 2004, the year she began dating Harry. Burrows apologized in the documentary for, “robbing Prince Harry of his teenage years,” due to his actions which included seeking her medical records and trying to determine if she had an abortion or a sexually transmitted disease.

All Of Which Begs The Question, Who Is Chelsy Davy?

Chelsy Davy was born in 1985 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Her parents are Charles Davy, a South African farmer and one of the largest private landowners in Zimbabwe, and Beverley Donald Davy, a former model who was Miss Rhodesia in 1973. Chelsy grew up in Zimbabwe and is a businesswoman who runs the companies Aya and Aya Africa.

Royal Family News – Chelsy Davy Had A Top Tier Education

Davy attended Cheltenham College and Stowe School in Buckinghamshire. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Town in 2006, and a law degree from University of Leeds in 2009. In 2011 Davy started work at a London law firm Allen & Overy but quit the profession to launch a jewelry line. She studied at the Gemological Institute of America, and later debuted her jewelry brand, Aya, in July 2016.

Last year Davy announced that Aya would be expanding into the luxury travel sector. Aya Africa organizes luxury African vacations.

Royal Family News – Chelsy Davy Was the One That Got Away

Davy and Prince Harry were regularly in the news after meeting in 2004 while she was at Stowe School. From then until 2010 they dated off and on until May 2010. It was Davy who dropped the mic on the relationship, declaring it over on Facebook.

Chelsy had complained about media intrusion into her life and intimated that she and Prince Harry had incompatible lifestyles.
