Royal Family News: Will Prince Harry And Meghan’s Daughter Lilibet Be Baptized?

British royal family news teases that Queen Elizabeth holds in her hand an aspect potentially significant to Prince Harry and Meghan’s daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. The child was born on June 4 at the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California.

After dropping their Megxit stink bomb, the Sussexes are no longer working royals, nor working at all apparently. After the birth they declared they need up to five months off, to set an example of the good life for parents everywhere. They are so kind and generous and impactful.

Their son Archie was born in the UK thus had access to something that Lili does not. Not unless Queen Elizabeth sends the family something key according to royal watchers.

In a statement after the birth the pair announced: “We were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe. Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family.”

Immediately after that the BBC reported on the birth and immediately after that litigious Hollywood Harry threatened the media outlet with legal action for doing their job.

Royal Family News – Will Lili Receive A Special Something From The Queen?

Royals watchers like to speculate despite Harry’s displeasure with freedom of speech. Following Lilibet’s birth, some royal fans are now wondering if she will be baptized and if so in what country.

If they have plans to this end, Meghan and Harry aren’t telling the likes of us commoners who thus far have managed to keep the First Amendment standing despite them. According to some, if they do not baptize Lili in the UK she could miss out on an heirloom used by the queen’s great-grandchildren including Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Even Archie was outfitted in the heirloom, a special christening gown which is an exact replica of the gown that Queen Victoria commissioned for the baptism of her daughter Victoria in 1841.

Dozens of royal babies have worn the replica as well as the original. Will Lilibet be next in line?

Royal historian Marlene Koenig told The Express, “I will be very, very surprised if the baby is baptized and if they come to the U.K. I certainly do not think the christening gown will be sent to California.”

“Not as an insult but just because it’s expensive and even sending it as express mail or through the British embassy, you’re still having some problems.”
